Correction Or Removal Of Personally Identifiable Information Authorized Customers and Users may request correction, amendment or removal of the Personally Identifiable Information about them using the link that we provide in every communication or by contact via the address provided at the end of this document. Note that the need for backups and redundant (spare) systems as well as a log entry for the act of deletion may make it impossible to remove every trace of a User's information. As a result in practical terms a user's record is removed and no further communications will be sent to the User. No Personally Identifiable Information relating to the user will be sold, rented or otherwise transferred to any other parties from that moment on. Irrespective of this point, any data transfer to or access by any third parties will still only be performed strictly in accordance with our policies as set out in this document.
